Warranty
All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of time and under such conditions as specified in ATOP's warranty for the individual product. A period of twelve (12) months from date of shipment for DPSS lasers. ATOP reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at our option. This warranty does not apply to failure of the product due to misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect. Our liability is limited to the price of the part or service we are providing.


Returns and RMA

The Products may not be returned to ATOP without first obtaining ATOP's consent. The request for return and credit must be filed with ATOP and shall include purchase order number, approximate date shipped and any and all other identifying numbers (such as invoice number, date of invoice, P.O. numbers, etc.). Each request for return of Products for credit should state the type and quantity of goods, the part numbers and the reasons for the return. If return authorization is granted, Products shall be returned in a clean, well packaged condition. No credit allowance on defectives will be made and no replacement for defectives will be shipped in any event, unless the alleged defectives are, among other things, established to Seller's satisfaction after suitable testing and inspection by Seller.

ATOP will only accept products returned under the ATOP Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Customer shall obtain a RMA number from ATOP prior to returning any product and return the product prepaid and insured to ATOP. Any Product which has been returned to ATOP, but which is found to meet the applicable specification for the product and not defective in workmanship and material, shall be subject to ATOP standard examination charge in effect at the time which shall be charged to the Customer. Where any product is returned without any itemized statement of claimed defects, ATOP will not evaluate the product but will return it to the customer at the customer's expense.
